Homing Pigeons Remain a Viable Technology
I mean, it goes without saying: If you're Canadian and you like hip hop, you should probably get your hands on this new instrumental album from British Columbia's Moka Only. The Barbecued Horse Contest Instrumentals is the first free release ever from Moka Only, and the latest since his LP Airport 5 which was released earlier this year. The Barbecued Horse Contest Instrumentals is for all intents and purposes a packaged collection of beats and samples put together by the producer and MC.
This release by Moka Only was done through Wandering Worx Entertainment, a Vancouver based outfit that has been involved in some relatively interesting projects of late. Be sure to check them out via the link, while you can download The Barbecued Horse Contest Instrumentals via Bandcamp. A Moka Only album with Swiss producer Chief is also in the works, as well as a collaboration album with Bootie Brown of The Pharcyde.
